# Sena

> Sena is the AI event concierge for B2B events. It talks to every attendee on WhatsApp before the event, captures what they actually came for, and uses that intent to match them with the right sponsors, sessions, tables and people. Attendees install nothing and create no account.

Sena is bought by event organizers, not attendees. The problem it solves is sponsor and exhibitor ROI: registration forms capture names, companies and job titles, none of which tell a sponsor which attendees were worth meeting. Sena captures that in conversation instead, and gives the organizer evidence they can take into a renewal conversation.

Sena is a layer on top of an existing event stack, not a replacement for one. It does not do registration, ticketing, badging, check-in or streaming, and it is not a lead-retrieval scanner or a CRM.

## What Sena does

- Captures attendee intent through a short WhatsApp conversation before the event
- Matches attendees to sponsors and exhibitors worth meeting, and vice versa
- Recommends sessions based on stated intent rather than declared job title
- Designs tables and groups so a whole table's combined intent makes the hour worthwhile
- Answers attendee questions during the event in real time, on WhatsApp
- Produces post-event evidence of which attendees engaged which sponsors, and why

## Measured results

Numbers are stated with their denominators. Engagement depends heavily on whether the organizer promotes Sena; where promotion was absent, engagement fell to around 6%.

- FOST Paris 2025: 93% session match quality (909 of 976 recommendations rated high quality)
- Les Entrepreneurs Haute-Garonne 2026: 92% response rate to the WhatsApp template (113 of 123 delivered); 65% funnel-wide
- Les Entrepreneurs Haute-Garonne 2026: 60% of profiled attendees turned out to be there to sell, a signal absent from registration data
- FOST Singapore 2026: 309 attendees engaged, 820 recommendations, 61% completed full discovery in conversation
