Sena

Pricing

From €2,000 per event.

A flat fee per event, priced by attendee count. No per-seat billing, no annual platform contract, and no charge for the attendees who never reply.

What decides the price

Two things: how many attendees Sena talks to, and how many capabilities you switch on. A single-day regional forum with intent capture and a helpdesk sits at the floor. A multi-day international conference running sponsor matching, session matching, table design and post-event reporting sits well above it.

We quote per event after a short call, because the number depends on your format. We won't quote below €2,000. Under that, onboarding costs more than the deal returns, and you'd get a worse job than you're paying for.

Per event

From €2,000. Covers conferences, expos, trade shows and curated-table formats. One flat fee, agreed before we start.

Year-round

For communities and associations, not a single date. A monthly retainer covers always-on member matchmaking and knowledge-base chat.

What is included

  • Setup and configuration for your event, including your sessions and sponsors
  • The WhatsApp agent your attendees talk to, before and during the event
  • Intent capture, and the matching that runs on it: sponsors, sessions, people, tables
  • A live attendee helpdesk for the duration of the event
  • Post-event reporting: who engaged which sponsor, and why
  • A WhatsApp number, unless you want your own

What is not

Sena is a layer on top of the stack you already run. It doesn't replace it. Better you know that here than on a sales call.

  • Registration, ticketing and payment. Keep Cvent, Eventbrite, Swapcard, whatever you use
  • Badges, check-in and on-site scanning hardware
  • Streaming and hybrid infrastructure
  • A lead-retrieval scanner. A scan records that someone walked past. Sena records what they wanted
  • A CRM. Sena produces the intent and the context. Your CRM keeps it

When Sena is the wrong call

  • Under about 100 attendees. You can introduce people yourself, and you'll do it better
  • Virtual-only events
  • Consumer events and festivals with no sponsor or exhibitor economics
  • If what you actually need is a cheaper event app, or a badge scanner
  • If you need ISO 27001 or SOC 2 today. GDPR we can do. Those two we can't, yet

One thing worth knowing up front

How many attendees engage depends on whether you promote Sena. At Les Entrepreneurs Haute-Garonne, the opt-in sat on the registration form. 76% of Speed Business participants took it, 159 of 209. Where Sena was added quietly and never announced, engagement sat near 6%. The work on your side is small. It's also the single biggest factor in what you get back.
