The problem we found inside real conferences

Our co-founders, Arun Agrahri and Cédric Giorgi, started out with software to help people use their professional networks better. Then they ran it inside real conferences, and the real problem turned out to belong to someone else.

That someone was the organizer, across the table from a sponsor who wanted to know what their money had bought. Registration forms had captured names, companies and job titles, and none of that answered the question.

So we asked the attendees ourselves, on WhatsApp, in ordinary conversation. At the Convention of Les Entrepreneurs Haute-Garonne, 60% of the people we spoke to were there to sell. Not one registration form had asked.

Sena closes that gap. It talks to every attendee before the doors open and finds out what they are there for. Then it puts the right people, sponsors and sessions in front of them, with no app to install and no account to create.

Your attendees download no app and fill in no profile. Sena reaches them on WhatsApp, where they already are, and every install you ask for costs you attendees.

Capture real intent, not job titles

A registration form tells you who someone is. A short conversation tells you what they came for. At Les Entrepreneurs Haute-Garonne, 69% of attendees finished a full conversation about their goals.

Sit on top of what you already run

Keep your registration platform, your badges and your event app. Sena adds attendee intent and sponsor evidence on top, and you migrate nothing.

Give sponsors something to renew on

Sponsors get more than a footfall count. They see which qualified buyers wanted to meet them, why, and what happened next. You sell next year's package in that conversation.

FOST and Apidays

A federation of software and API conferences with events worldwide. We ran six events together across three continents, from 1,000-person editions in Amsterdam and Munich to the 5,000-person Paris flagship.

Hub Institute

A French business transformation firm that runs the official Explorer Tours at VivaTech, Europe's largest tech event. Sena served the executive delegations on those tours, and the analysts who guided them.

Les Entrepreneurs Haute-Garonne

The employers' organization for small and mid-sized businesses around Toulouse, with around 1,500 members and 110 events a year. Sena ran the Speed Business meetings at their annual convention.
