Setup, updated 8 October 2026
Your team sends us three spreadsheets and adds one checkbox to the registration form. We build the agent, write to your attendees and run it through the event. Afterwards you get the report and the follow-up list.
3
exports from your team: attendees, programme, sponsors
0
apps for your attendees to install
2
files back after the event: the report and the follow-up list
Three exports from the tools you already use, as Excel or CSV files. If your registration platform has an API, we connect to it instead.
Name, email, company, job title and phone number for each registrant. Add the LinkedIn URL if you collect it. Sena then knows each attendee before the first message.
Sessions, speakers, rooms and times. Include end times, because attendees ask what runs until when.
Name, booth and a short description of what each one offers. A sponsor with an empty description gets no recommendations.
Put the phone field and an opt-in on your registration form, then tell your attendees about Sena.
We give you the words for the checkbox, and your promotion decides how many attendees you reach. At Les Entrepreneurs Haute-Garonne, the opt-in sat on the registration form, and 76% of Speed Business participants took it. Where an organizer added Sena quietly and never announced it, engagement sat near 6%.
Meta asks every business for an opt-in before it sends WhatsApp messages. Its opt-in rules for businesses explain what the checkbox needs to say.
Sena builds and runs everything between your exports and your report, and nobody on your team has to staff the chat.
With this in place, you know who comes and why, and Sena sends each attendee to the right sessions and exhibitors.
You get two files to keep.
Sena has no live connection to your CRM today, so your team imports the spreadsheet.
Each of these events started from different data, and none of them changed their registration platform.

Any platform works if it can export a spreadsheet.
Sena sits next to your platform, and you keep registration, badges and your event app. If you run Cvent, read when to add Sena next to it and skip the migration.
Your attendees install nothing, because they use WhatsApp or the web chat in a browser, and the same agent answers in both places. Read what works on WhatsApp for events, and what breaks.
Events have gone live with us in under two weeks.
Our WhatsApp number already has Meta approval, so you skip the wait for a new number. Start earlier if you can, because attendees who hear from Sena days before the event have time to plan.
For consent in the UK, the ICO guidance on consent covers the opt-in. We publish the companies that handle attendee data for us.
Three exports: your attendees, your programme and your sponsors. On your registration form, you add the phone field and an opt-in, and we do the rest.
No. An Excel or CSV export is enough. If your registration platform has an API, we connect to it instead. You keep your registration platform, your badges and your event app.
Events have gone live with us in under two weeks. Our WhatsApp number already has Meta approval, so you do not wait for Meta.
Yes, as a spreadsheet that you import, because Sena has no live connection to a CRM today.
Send us the change and Sena uses it. At FOST London 2026, talks that moved after our last update gave wrong answers in about 8 conversations, so send changes on the day too.
No. They use WhatsApp or the web chat in a browser, and the same agent answers in both places.
An opt-in at registration, a privacy notice, and a clear way for attendees to stop the messages. We publish the companies that handle attendee data for us.
Hub Institute put one QR code at the end of each tour and did nothing else. Tell us your date and your registration platform, and we tell you what to export and when. See the pricing.
