The floor had 2,996 exhibitors. Every delegate who asked got a shortlist.
Hub Institute runs the official Explorer Tours at VivaTech, two-hour guided walks for C-level executives. Sena picked up where the guide left off, on WhatsApp, for the delegations only.
Drawn from 2,996 exhibitors and 260 sessions. Each one answered a delegate who had just typed a sentence about who they were and what they came to find. 1,309 went to the delegations, 363 to Hub Institute's own guides.
"Un parcours de stand innovant et interessant a voir en 2h (5/6 stands), je suis responsable IT dans l'entreprise"
IT lead, consumer electronicsWhere the tour ends
A guided tour ends, and the executive stands in a hall with 2,996 exhibitors and 260 sessions. The tour covered two hours of it. The rest of the floor is still there, with the reason they flew in.
Hub Institute put a QR code at the end of each tour, and did nothing else. We had no attendee list and sent no message first. Every conversation on this page started when a delegate chose to scan the code.
411 conversations, and Sena started none of them
Most delegates who opened Sena typed something, and one conversation in four ran to three messages or more.
Each percentage is a share of the 411 conversations. All 411 people opened Sena by choice, and 290 of them typed a message.
107 delegates used Sena from a known phone number. 23 of Hub Institute's own guides did too. Delegates sent 30 voice notes across 19 conversations. The longest conversation ran to 119 messages.
"Je souhaite que tu me fasses un parcours de stand innovant et interessant a voir en 2h (5/6 stands) en tenant compte que je suis responsable IT dans l'entreprise"
I want you to make me a route of five or six innovative stands that are worth a visit in two hours. Keep in mind that I am the IT lead in the company.

What Hub Institute learned
None of this came from a registration form, because the tours had none.

1
Three in four delegate conversations asked for one thing: the right companies.
That was 173 of 238 conversations, 73%. Executives who came to scout wanted the 2,996-exhibitor floor cut to a shortlist small enough to walk, filtered by their sector and their role.

The guides went deeper with Sena than the delegates did.
23 of Hub Institute's own tour experts used Sena to prepare and run tours, in 52 conversations. Sena's picks then reached the delegations a second time, through the guides.

Delegates gave it real work to do.
Delegates asked Sena to build a themed two-hour route, to profile a company on the spot, and in one case to take notes for them. 15 conversations ran past ten messages and 30 voice notes came in from the floor. Executives used the agent like a member of staff, in the middle of the event, with their hands full.
Next year's floor plan, in the delegates' words
1,569 of the 1,672 recommendations, 94%, sent a delegate to an exhibitor or a startup. The other 103 pointed to sessions and speakers. This event did not include introductions between delegates, and Sena made none.
Demand was uneven across themes. Humanoid and physical robotics led, followed by applied and agentic AI, then retail and luxury technology, data and CRM, fintech, and mobility. That order can shape next year's floor plan and sponsor pitch. Buyers gave it in their own words, with no survey list to pick from.
Delegates worked in two languages, roughly 51% French and 38% English, with the guides almost entirely in French.
Which exhibitors Sena recommended, and how often, belongs to Hub Institute. It stays with Hub Institute, and we do not publish it here. We treat your event's numbers the same way.
The numbers
Three things from Hub Institute. Sena did the rest.
Hub Institute gave us the exhibitor and session lists and put a QR code at the end of each tour. They also told us which phone numbers belonged to their guides.
Everything on this page came from a code on a card. Add an opt-in to your registration form, push it, and the numbers grow. That push is the one thing we need from you. Les Entrepreneurs Haute-Garonne, a 462-attendee forum, put the opt-in on the registration form and named it in a pre-event email. 76% of participants opted in, and 92% of delivered messages got a reply.
