The registration form knew their job title. Sena found out why they came.
FOST New York 2026 ran 195 sessions and 34 sponsors across five co-located conferences, for 1,306 registered attendees over two days. Sena gave every one of them a concierge on WhatsApp, with no app and no login.
Drawn from 195 sessions across five co-located conferences, and 34 sponsors. 200 routed someone to a talk, 38 to a stand. Each one answered an attendee who had just said what they came for.

The program was too dense for anyone to read from start to end. The registration form had each attendee's name, company and title, and nothing more.
The organizer added an opt-in checkbox on the registration form and a QR code on site. Sena did the rest on WhatsApp and web chat.
Who answered, and what they asked for
179 of 1,306 registered attendees opted in, 13.7%. Sena sent a message to the 173 of them with a phone number.
85% of sent messages reached a phone. Attendees read 78% of those and replied to 23%. Every one of those replies is somebody who chose to start a conversation with an agent they had never used before.
In all, 194 attendees used Sena, 14.9% of everyone registered. 25 of them wrote to Sena first. Another 117 people scanned the QR code at the venue and chatted without a name.
Attendees who started a conversation stayed in it. Of 67 conversations with registered attendees, 40 ran to three messages or more, and 26 to five or more. The longest ran to 24.

What the audience told the organizer
None of this was in the registration data.

1
Five conferences on the program. The audience came for one topic.
API strategy and AI agents, as one subject, came up most often, with agentic governance and MCP close behind. Three of the four sessions that Sena recommended most were about agent governance or about how to build for agents.

A quarter of active conversations had one job: filter this program for me.
17 of 66 active conversations, 26%, asked Sena to cut the agenda down to their profile and their clock. They wanted a shorter agenda that fit them.

Attendees gave the organizer next year's roadmap, unprompted.
Three requests came back again and again: session recordings, calendar reminders for chosen talks, and a way to filter other attendees by role. Attendees asked for all three while they were still at the venue.
Sponsor interest, with a reason attached
Sena made 38 sponsor recommendations. Each went to an attendee whose stated agenda matched what that sponsor sells. They did not land evenly. Five sponsors took 20 of the 38, 53%. Attendees with an agentic or API-governance agenda were the most likely to act on a recommendation.
Attendees also asked Sena about sponsors by name, around a dozen times over the two days, with no prompt.
For the renewal conversation, you have qualified interest from each attendee, with the reason written down. Badge scans tell you who walked past.
Which sponsor got what belongs to the organizer. It stays with FOST, and we do not publish it here. We treat your event's numbers the same way.
The numbers
Four things from the organizer. Sena did the rest.
The organizer added an opt-in checkbox to the registration form, one link to a pre-event email and an on-site QR code, then shared the program.
We need one thing from you, and we will ask for it before the event: push the opt-in hard. How hard you push it decides how many attendees you reach. Put it on the registration form and name it in a pre-event email, and the number climbs. Les Entrepreneurs Haute-Garonne, a 462-attendee forum, did exactly that. 76% of participants opted in, and 92% of delivered messages got a reply.
